found in most extended stay hotels. Multiple occupants can elect to share a

- Do you require a security deposit?
A security deposit is required. It is refundable at the end of your
stay, providing there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear.
- Do you accept pets?
Yes, we work to accommodate pets, but we limit the number. A pet deposit
will be required. No aggressive breeds allowed!
- What is the payment procedure?
You have many options. As a corporate client, your company can be billed
for your home with one, itemized invoice. greg garrett Property

accepts business and personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders.
greg garrett Property Management has
bonded cleaning services available and can arrange weekly, bi-weekly, or
monthly cleaning. Residents are responsible for laundering of personal
items.
