• Review local marketing customs, conditions, procedures and make recommendations designed to ensure the expeditious rental of your property with a quality tenant.
   
• Inspect your property and provide recommendations to enhance marketability and assist in maintaining long term value.
   
• Have our yard sign installed on your property, place your property in the MLS system and advertise in the local newspaper, on the internet and register your property for rent with the local military bases.
   
• Expose your property to incoming transferees referred through our WORLD WIDE RELOCATION AND REFERRAL NETWORK.
   
• Show your property to qualified renters and support the real estate community in their showings of the property.
   
• Provide regular progress reports through the marketing period and discuss with you comments received about your property.
   
• Submit to you all offers as presented; run credit checks on prospective tenants; assist with negotiations; and provide you an estimate of your cash flow. When we are authorized to negotiate for you, we will keep you informed of the negotiations and ensure we meet your objectives.
   
• Be prepared to present you with a competitive market analysis at any time in the future you may want to sell your property.
